Entry Deadlines and Entry Fees
• Print clearly or type information on entry form.
• Entries cannot be accepted without all proper signatures
under wavier.
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
• Make $15.00 check payable to: Foot Locker Cross Country Championships
if postmarked by November 10th.
• Make $20.00 check payable to: Foot Locker Cross Country Championships if postmarked November 11th–November 22nd.
• Entries postmarked after the 22nd of November are considered “late entries” and will be charged a total fee of $40.00.
Mail completed entry forms with entry fee:

• FAXED ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY MEET DIRECTOR.
• You can pre-register on Friday, November 28th at the Charlotte Marriott Executive Park between 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. If you are not going to preregister
on Friday and are not sure your entry has been received, you can confirm your entry by calling 704.527.9650 between 8:00 a.m–8:00 p.m.
Please ask for the FLCCC Meet Headquarters room.
• PLEASE DO NOT CALL IF YOU ARE GOING TO REGISTER ON FRIDAY.
• THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY ENTRIES.
• For multiple entries, please make photocopies of both the entry form and waiver.
