Legendary Mt. SAC is the site of the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships West Regional. This course will challenge and inspire you as it has renowned runners such as Ryan Hall, Galen Rupp, Marc Davis, Meb Keflezighi, Deena (Drossin) Kastor, Sara (Bei) Hall, Jordan Hasay and Lauren Fleshman.

Distribution of race numbers, race information and waist bag or meet T-shirt from Foot Locker & Hoka (while supplies last) takes place from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Mt. SAC Hilmer Lodge Stadium Box Office. Park in Lot F on the north side of Temple Blvd and access us via the tunnel that leads from the parking lot to the Box Office. Tunnel takes you under Temple Avenue.

Saturday, December 2nd
Distribution of race numbers, race information and Foot Locker Cross Country waist bag or meet T-shirt (while supplies last) takes place from 6:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at Mt. SAC Hilmer Lodge Stadium Box Office. Park in Lot F on the north side of Temple Blvd and access us via the tunnel that leads from the parking lot to the Box Office. Tunnel takes you under Temple Avenue. Please make every attempt to pick-up your race number before Saturday. On race day, the lines can be long and we cannot guarantee you will be able to get your number in time for your race. Photo ID required for pick up.

Online Registration Procedures
High school races are open to all U.S. high school students (male and female, grades 9–12) who will have not reached his/her 19th birthday before August 1, 2023.
Runners compete in the races as unattached individuals.
Registration fees:
$30 through 11/15
$40 11/15 - 11/25

Runners compete in the races as unattached individuals.
The state where a runner resides determines in which regional meet he/she must participate. Runners must participate in the region to which their state has been assigned. Boarding school students must compete in the region of their school location. Non U.S. citizens who attend high school in the U.S. and who meet the age requirement may compete. Home-schooled students may compete in the region of their residence during the school year.
Any runner, whether they are in a public school, home school, boarding school, private school or independent school, must run in the high school Championship Race in order to qualify for the National Finals in San Diego. The top ten (10) finishers in the high school Championship Races will qualify for the National Championship on December 9, 2023 in San Diego, CA.

We will prepare and package your chips and bibs for a quick and easy pick up if the following criteria are met: Group/Team Package Pickup
 Must be a group of 15 or more.
 All participants in your group must register online.
 All group members must register online by November 19, 2023.
 Runners in your GROUP who miss this deadline will have to go through bib pickup as an individual like any other ‘non-group’ member.
 Your GROUP will be identified and put together based upon the
name they list on line # 9 during the on-line registration process.
 All Group Leader names must be listed in the exact same way for us to ‘sort’ and ‘group together. EXAMPLE: “John Doe” and “J Doe” and “Doe” and “Coach Doe” will not all sort together in our Excel file.
 We will catch some mistakes but not all…. EMPHASISE to your group members that they fill in the form exactly as you tell them to
 The Group Leader MUST submit via EMAIL their name, email, and cell phone number along with every runner in your group by end of day Monday, November 20, 2023. Send to dtodd4882@gmail.com and put “Group Registration in the Subject Line please.
The Group Leader will be able to pick up their entire groups bib/timing chip and other meet materials all at once and not have to wait in the alpha lines at the front of the stadium.

Race Course
The course is 5000 meters and consists of rolling hills with two steep climbs. 80% dirt trails, 10% cement trails. Course finish line will be in the stadium.

Location of the Course
Mt. San Antonio College is located at the corner of Grand and Temple Avenues. Approximately 2 miles west of the 57 freeway.

Parking Parking is available in the lots across the street from the stadium.There is a $5.00 college parking lot charge for all cars.

National Qualifiers
The top ten (10) finishers in each of the Championship races qualify for the Foot Locker National Finals in San Diego, CA on December 9, 2023.
