Group Registration Information
We will prepare and package your bibs for a quick and easy pick up if the following criteria are met:
  • Must be a group of 15 or more.
  • All participants in your group must register online.
  • All group members must register online by November 23, 2024.
  • Runners in your GROUP who miss this deadline will have to go through bib pickup as an individual like any other ‘non-group’ member. This is how you become a group.
  • There is a line on the entry form that asks for a “Group Name’.
  • There is also a line that asks for a group leader name.
  • For us to identify runners in your ‘GROUP’ they must have filled out those two lines in the exact same way.
  • We sort the data base by the ‘Group Name’ field. If your GROUP name is “Team Butterball” make sure everyone puts “Team Butterball” in that field. IF they do not, they won’t be sorted together. ‘Team Butterball’, ‘Butterball Team’, and / or your runners ‘high school’ name or your name will not sort out together and people will be left out of your group.
  • All ‘Group Leader’ names must be listed in the exact same way for us to ‘sort’ and ‘group together. EXAMPLE: “John Doe” and “Mr. Doe” , “Doe” and /or “Coach Doe” will not all sort together in our Excel file.
  • We will catch some mistakes but not all…. EMPHASIZE to your group members that they fill in the form exactly as you tell them to.
  • The Group Leader MUST submit via EMAIL their name, email, and cell phone number along with every runner in your group by end of day Monday, November 25, 2024. Send to westregquestions@gmail.com and put “Group Registration” in the Subject Line please.
